Visiting this site
When you open this site, your browser sends technically necessary data which our host records in server log files: date and time, the address requested, the amount of data transferred, your browser and operating system, and your IP address. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR — our legitimate interest in secure, trouble-free operation. This data is not combined with anything else.
Hosting
This site is hosted by IONOS SE, Elgendorfer Str. 57, 56410 Montabaur, Germany. A data processing agreement under Art. 28 GDPR is in place. The servers are located in Germany.
Fonts
The typeface used (Inter) is served from our own server. There is no connection to Google Fonts or any other provider, and no data is passed to third parties in the process.
Contact form
We use the details you enter in the form (name, email address, optionally company, project type and budget, plus your message) solely to answer your enquiry. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(a) and (b) GDPR. The data is deleted once the enquiry is closed and no statutory retention periods apply. You can withdraw your consent at any time by email.
Saved language choice
If you switch language, your browser remembers that choice locally (localStorage). This never leaves your device, contains no personal data, and exists only so you don't have to switch again on your next visit. You can clear it in your browser settings.
No analytics, no advertising
We use no analytics, tracking or advertising services. There are no social media plugins, no embedded videos and no content from other servers. That is also why there is no consent banner — there is nothing to consent to.
Encryption
Transmission is encrypted via HTTPS. You can tell whether the connection is encrypted from your browser's address bar.
Your rights
You have the right to access (Art. 15), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and objection (Art. 21 GDPR). Contact us at the address above. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection authority.
