How N-Developing came about.

The beginning
The idea
Built for ourselves, then asked for by others.
N-Developing grew out of projects originally built for our own use — tools, websites, automation. At some point other people asked whether it could work for them too. That turned into client work first, then into a brand of its own: custom development without the agency markup, and direct contact with the person who then builds it.

The years after
Growing up
Projects turn into a brand.
Small first jobs turned into a broader offering — websites and extensions at first, then backends, interfaces, automation and running servers. Alongside that came our own store, where services can be ordered and the state of a job followed. The company is about a year and a half old; the experience behind it is older.

We build in four areas: software, web, automation and infrastructure. Nico does the development himself, with colleagues stepping in on larger projects. That is deliberate: no sales team and no project manager between you and the work. Talk to us and you're talking to the person who builds it.

The goal is a team — first permanent hires, more projects at once, and products of our own alongside client work. Not so big that direct contact disappears, but big enough to take on larger projects and support them reliably.
